• Follow all service instructions and procedures for submitting and accessing projects.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when using 811 Assist LLC services.
• Maintain and update information to keep it accurate, complete, and current.
• Certify that they are authorized representatives of their company and accept these terms on behalf of their organization.

Liability Disclaimer

• 811 Assist LLC is not responsible for damages to underground infrastructure resulting from excavation linked to projects submitted on behalf of contractors.
• Users accept that 811 Assist LLC services are provided as-is, without warranty, and 811 Assist LLC is not liable for issues beyond its control, including delays or disruptions caused by third-party networks or the internet.

Utility Marking Accuracy

• 811 Assist LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of utility markings, including miss marks, incomplete markings, or incorrect utility identification.
• Users acknowledge their responsibility for ensuring worksite locations are correctly identified and mapped when submitting projects.

Responsibility for Project Submissions

Users must:

• Verify the accuracy of project details before submitting through 811 Assist LLC.
• Ensure that projects cover the full scope of work before beginning excavation.

Release of Liability

Users irrevocably waive all legal claims related to 811 Assist LLC services.

Indemnification

Users assume full responsibility for any claims, disputes, or damages occurring in areas where 811 Assist LLC called in projects.

Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

• All content accessed through 811 Assist LLC belongs to 811 Assist LLC and/or its partners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any provided content without explicit written consent.
• Any logos, trademarks, or proprietary materials used within 811 Assist LLC remain the property of their respective owners, and unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
